Panties In A Wad (erotic short story / threesomes / gang bang / menage) by Laura CooperLaura B. CooperLaura Cooper isn’t having a good weekend. As a matter of fact, she seems to Laura Cooper isn’t having a good weekend. As a matter of fact, she seems to Shorts in a Wad: One Hundred 100-Word Stories by Steve KrodmanBookSurge PublishingSome stories require a Giant Economy-Size Canvas upon which to paint their portrait of the world, as readers of Tolstoy, Pynchon, Dickens, and Hugo will attest. But there is something to be said for the short story... and, by extension, the Ridiculously Short Story. There's not a lot of time or space for character development, intricately layered plots, or adjective-packed scenery. With a fixed-length format, every word has got to count. Quick and punchy rule the day. In his first collection of stories, Steve Krodman covers a lot of ground - familiar characters and places, cringe-inducing puns, tender nostalgia, and the outright silly - all in baby steps of exactly one hundred words apiece. Devour them all at once or savor them one at a time? You decide. Wad-Ja-Get? the Grading Game in American Educationby Howard KirschenbaumHart Pub CoThe scapular stability system in patients with cervical disorders: Assessment of scapular orientation and recruitment of the scapular stability muscles in patients with IONP and WAD by Harpa HelgadottirLAP LAMBERT Academic PublishingOptimal function of the scapular stability system is considered to be an important feature in neck pain and the recurrence of neck pain. This study investigates the scapular stability system in patients with insidious onset neck pain and whiplash associated disorders by assessing whether there is a pattern of altered scapular orientation when the arm is resting by the side and during arm elevation. The onset of muscle activation of the scapular stability muscles; trapezius and serratus anterior, when the arm is elevated was also evaluated as well as the cervical-thoracic alignment. A control group was selected for comparison. The results revealed altered scapular orientation, altered cervical alignment and altered onset of muscle activation in the scapular stability muscles in the symptomatic groups. A different manifestation was revealed between the two symptomatic groups in scapular orientation. These changes in the scapular stability system and the alignment of the cervical spine may be an important mechanism for maintenance, recurrence or exacerbation of symptoms in patients with neck pain.
